We were pleased to welcome leadership from the City of Mequon and Mequon Thiensville School Districts to showcase Super Steel. We opened our doors to inform each other and learn how we can partner to benefit the community and the citizens where we operate.
As our world, industries, and communities face ever-changing and often unprecedented challenges, we discussed how unlocking the potential of working in partnership with our community can prepare citizens transitioning careers and our youth for a viable future in the trades, expand employment possibilities, upskill the workforce, increase the value of highly trained and cohesive teams, and increase local business investment. This collaboration will directly benefit our employees, customers, the company, the community, and its citizens.
