Processes are continually charted at Super Steel to assure that timely information is provided, waste is identified, and a detailed plan is put in place to improve. Tools to increase productivity are identified and implemented. Metrics based on Key Performance Indicators are monitored on a daily basis. Our most important and valued resource is our people where skills are identified and utilized, and gaps are closed through training.
