Stephan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Business. |

Jenna brings more than a decade of proven operations and supply chain leadership experience to the team having held ever increasing leadership roles in rapidly changing businesses and markets. She’s an intuitive leader with demonstrative success in vendor relationship building and management, contract negotiation, change management initiatives and supply chain optimization, and adept at developing and implementing purchasing strategies that support business objectives. Jenna has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. |

Dan joined the Super Steel team in 2012. He has over 20 years of operational and technical leadership expertise related to engineering, design, project management, lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, process optimization and new product introduction. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. |

Jim comes to Super Steel with more than 30 years of sales experience in the realm of complex metal fabrications and stampings, working with many diverse industrial and automotive market segments. He has an extensive background in leading dynamic sales teams, developing and deploying strategies that drive top line growth and achieving critical business objectives. He has also coordinated cutting edge marketing efforts that build brand awareness and lead generation to support growth. Jim believes strongly in collaborating internally and externally to ensure shared goals are understood and solution-based outcomes achieved. His goal is always to build lasting mutually beneficial partnerships. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University. |

Jerry brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in plant, general management, and operational leadership. He is a proven leader at four industry-leading midwestern metal fabrication and stamping companies, focusing on hands-on lean process development and leading continuous improvement, lean, and quality strategies. Having decades of hands-on and leadership experience in most aspects of a business allows Jerry to make informed decisions by understanding the facts and considering the overall impact on the business. Jim has a degree from Illinois Central College. |

Anna brings nearly 30 years of strong financial, analysis, audit, costing, manufacturing, and ERP implementation background to the team having worked in progressively more responsible finance positions within both manufacturing and service firms. Her qualifications as well as down-to-earth personality and professionalism brings a no-nonsense process-driven approach to the business. Anna is a licensed CPA and has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. |

Tim has been at Super Steel for 11 years and has had managerial responsibilities from Operational Improvement to Purchasing and Inventory Management. He has spent over 25 years in Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Continuous Improvement responsibilities with OEMs and Large Contract Fabricators. Having hands-on and leadership experience in most aspects of a business allows Tim to make decisions by understanding the facts and looking at the overall effect on the business, not just the narrow scope of the current responsibility. |

Paul has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing, including oversight, leadership, management and ownership. He has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and investment background, which has led to his involvement in numerous successful business start-ups, acquisitions, turn- arounds, mergers and roll-ups. Paul is an outstanding strategist and brings both a strong vision and a no-nonsense approach to business development and operations. He believes that successful businesses are built around excellent people, processes and integrity. Paul currently serves on the Board of several innovative companies/organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as an MBA from the University of Wisconsin -Madison. |
